Project Scope: Design of a half floor Speculative Suite

Occupying the remaining half of Level 1 of 459 Little Collins St at a much smaller scale, Tenancy 2 provides an open plan style workspace providing all the essential needs of a larger scale suite. The palette combines bold and muted hues to create a warm and inviting space. Our design strategy was to ensure a harmonious journey was created from entry to breakout space as well as maximising the challenges of the floorplate to provide an efficient layout.
